Pursuant to a judgment of the Superior Court
for the Judicial District of Middlesex at
Middletown in: Town of Clinton vs.
Beth A. Vasil et al Docket No.
MMX-CV-09-5007030-S the property named
above will be sold subject to Court approval at
public auction on Saturday November 21 2009
at 12:00 p.m. on the premises.
The successful bidder shall deposit with the
Committee at the time of the sale a certified
check or bank check in the amount of THIRTY
THOUSAND AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($30,000.00).
The balance of the proceeds is to be paid no
later than thirty (30) days from the approval of
the sale by the Court. If the purchaser is unable
to complete the sale within the thirty (30) day
period the deposit shall be forfeited.
Further description of the property and further
terms of the sale may be obtained from the
Committee or from the court file.
