sell the subject property at public auction to the
highest bidder.

dwelling of ranch design.

DEPOSIT
$26,000.00 certified or bank check at time of auction
TERMS
Premises will be sold in "AS IS" condition without
warranty of any kind as to condition by the
Committee free and clear of all claims except such
claims as may be prior in right to the mortgage being
foreclosed against the property but subject to taxes
ordinances or governmental regulations affecting
said premises and to such state of facts as an
accurate survey or personal inspection of the
premises may disclose (and subject to the right of the
United States of America to redeem as provided by
law).
The highest bidder will be required to sign a purchase
agreement with the Committee at the time of sale and
to pay a deposit of $26,000.00 by certified or bank
check. Purchase agreement will be conditioned upon
approval thereof by the Superior Court and will
contain no financing contingencies and will provide
for forfeiture of the deposit in the event of
nonperformance by the purchaser. The balance of
the purchase price shall be paid 30 days following
the approval of said sale by the Superior Court.
